Meihatsu bike with Kawasaki engine

Seen in Kyoto, something recent looking, the only name anywhere is "Tiffany" on the frame, but I wonder if it uses the same Komatsu Zenoah engine as the Fuki range; perhaps it's yet another Fuki mystery. The tank is the same as their basic Lady's frame.

Edit: the Tiffany was an Italjet moped. Why it was in Japan, no idea.

Post WW2 unidentified. The Japanese picture expired, but the bike as exactly like this, so either a copy of a German Rex, or an import
