I've ben fooling around with this one as a pedal bike for a wile, but I had always intended to motorize it. It took me forever to find a seat post .
It originally had a reducer that went from 13/16 to 5/8 that was missing .
I looked for a long time and eventually gave up. After some further research I discovered early bmx bikes use a 20mm post that fits these frame without the reducer.
I decided to finally get to work on my first round tank.
I started with some mild steel tube and some flat sheet stock to cap the angles.

Well i found out some info on my frame and fork. Turns out it's actually meant for the older 28" wheels. I believe it falls into the mid to late 20's
I realized this when I tried to mount the new fenders. I had to make some steel adapters to space the fenders to fit the 26" powder coated wheels i bought for the project .
It took an extra day to mount them ,But i think it all looks good now.
It's always something with an antique build.

With any luck the motor should be in tomorrow .
and then the fun starts.

Nicely done Mr SlowBalt! You should take that to the next get together at the track in MD and show it off. Dan
