Looking for gloves.

As we enter into the bitter Arizona winter :-{ I find I am in need of a pair of gloves that will actually keep my hands warm in 30 to 40 degrees F. Has anybody found a pair that work? I've been using a pair of army surplus gloves with leather outers and wool liners but they just don't cut it in the wind. I know there are some motorcyclists amongst you who live where they have real winters so I am hoping for suggestions. Thanks!

Edit: minor grammar correction.

Hydron gloves is what I use....very warm and great for the wind

They sell electric gloves, socks up here.( Canada ) Powered by 9 volt battery.Even electric vests but thats for motor cycles.Try doing a search on Canadian tire. I think you can find them there.POPS

I wear regular motorcycle gloves with thinsulate...the trick is to keep your core warm, then the gloves are only for wind chill. I ride my motorcycle in cold weather, down to 25-or so, no problem.

look for some leather mittens sold at ski shops or gaulent leather gloves lined with gortex there is a cycle shop close to me that sells a very good glove for about $40.00 that I use on the Harley when it gets cold.
I could get you a pair for what they cost if you will pay the cost and shipping all I'd need to know is your glove size and have the money.

I could never get that thinsulate stuff to want to work for me... I always felt cold with the pair of those I had... maybe I am strange in that respect
