Hi Mike. Welcome to the community. I would love to give you some tips but I don't know what kind of ride you have. Let me in on it. Without knowing what kind of ride you have, all I can say is, always wear shoes when you ride! One summer, I took my motorbike our for a ride and I burned my heel on the motor.
