In my opinion Roadmaster Luxury Liner can still find them on ebay for about $200 , there is a lot of room to work with for a 4 stroke

I'm only going by my little experience, do you have a price range? I just posted both of my bikes which are equipped with 49cc 4 strokes.

Don't get hung up on brand name. Any beach cruiser made between 1960 and 1999 will be virtually indestructable and will nicely dampen the engine vibration.
