clutch ring gear

hi all i was wondering if there should be any play in the ring where the clutch pads go ,on mine there is a bit of play and im wondering if thats the squealing noise im hearing

and do i need a special tool to remove the ring gear or is it just the 19mm nut.

In a perfectly assembled clutch, there should be no play, but they all have play in them due to the poor quality control at the factory. Not much you can do to fix it either.
Don't try to take the ring gear off of the clutch. You are in for a nightmarish chase of 50+ teeny, tiny little ball bearings.

No special tool needed...Check out photo 37 to 47.
