Clutch not working

Can anyone help me with this the clutch on the kid I bought will not disengage so I can write it like a normal bike it is a imaycc 100cc 2 stroke kit. It's new. I got it put together. Unfortunately the clutch won't release to be able to ride it as a normal bike. Does anyone know why this could be?

DON'T ADJUST ANYTHING!!!!

These clutches always get a little stuck together from sitting in a box for months... Simply pull the clutch lever in & roll the bike back & forth until it breaks free.
