There is a bad accident just waiting to happen. Pity the poor soul who buys/rides that thing.
You can actually see the front stub of the top tube where it was cut at the head tube. :(

I agree with 2door, this is going to hurt whoever is on it when (not if) it breaks...
Even worse than the one brought to me for repair with the hole in the frame tube.

Look closely. (I enlarged it in PhotoShop) He has the NT air filter on upside down. Guess that's why he needed more clearance.

35-40 mph? My first guess was that the frame would crack at 15mph or the tank would fall off at 20. That thing looks terrifying. Hopefully the police will see this as unsafe and pull it over before the owner ends up face down in the road. Bonus! No helmet law in MI!

I dig the Playskool plastic trike fork layed in place in the photo that qualifies it for "working pedals" and also makes it a quadraped technically so its still illegal.
 
When I saw that, I closed my eyes and turned the page........very scary.

Might as well chop one of the front fork legs off and pretend it's a Cannondale :D
