Yep....the time is near. Hope everyone has those bikes greased up and ready to run. I have another couple local people trying to get bikes built in time for the ride. So long as the weather is good...we should have good turnout.
 
Ray I still think a drone with a camera flying over the group as you start off would be a cool ad on for the final video.
 
It would Greg....however, i sold my good video taking drone awhile back. Maybe i will have a new drone bought for next years ride? They just keep getting better doing video.
 
Bike is back together. Did a 5 mile test ride in the neighborhood with lots of stops/starts. Seems to be back to normal.

I'm off tomorrow and will do a longer shake-down run. I'm sure it's OK, but it hadn't had a problem in 4 years and now the doubts begin to creep in...... What was that old saying? "Damn the torpedos -- full speed ahead!!"

I think we could scrounge up about any bike part around here to cover almost any malfunction should that occur. You will be good.

Finally getting to see those 10 day forecast showing June 10 weather. Looking real good at this point in time. Of course it will change hourly because forecasters really have no clue that far out, but as of right now calling for high of 80 degrees, partly cloudy day with a 30% chance of maybe a sprinkle early in morning. 5 to 10 mph winds. I would take that forecast any day for a ride.
 
I'm coming for sure,got a buddy that's 90% sure he is coming with me too! Really excited to get some saddle time with fellow motorbicyclists!

Nothing is required as my wife and i will host an after ride dinner of bbq pulled pork and sides and a cooler of soda..beer and water will be available. However if you dont like Bush light or Pepsi..you may want to bring your prefered beverage.

If you come some day...i promise you will be in good company. We have some great people show up to ride. Very friendly bunch who really enjoy motorbicycling. It must also be said that we have good support from motorbicycling.com. The first year we had our event...Paul treated the whole group to steak dinners. Enough cannot be said about the good people we have had participate one way or another. The event kit from motorbicycling.com is a great show of support. It will not be forgotten who has helped our event be a growing success. Thanks

Got my gas can all filled up and my opti-2 all mixed in. I am set, bike still runs well after sitting for about 7 months so fingers crossed!
