If not I'll ask my friend what they use...automotive grade stuff for bonding....I'd expect two part epoxy to soften when hot somewhat like a plastic. Not sure on all of em though2 part epoxy. I hope it holds.

You do that with antique restored Whizzers??Very Nice Belt Drive! Put knobby tires on it at head for the hills! Thats what I do.
