I decided to use a perfectly good pair of Ford Model A brake and clutch pedals for my rear brake and throttle controls. So, I cut them up, straightened them, and then cut and welded them into the shape I needed. After mounting, the brake control rod to the rear brake was pretty straight forward but the throttle I struggled with. I decided a cable would be to easy so I drew up linkages through four swivels and five rods to the carb. After a little adjustment it works great and turned out to be one of the coolest things on the bike. Most people disagree with the foot throttle control but once moving your foot is up anyway so why not put it to use. Also I had fabbed up hand throttles before and didn't want to mess with the bars and cables. I still need to figure out the front brake controls which I think is going to have to be by cable.
