4 stroke

I have a four stroke engine on my motorized bicycle. The engine and the bike rode just fine, until it was dropped. when the bike is now started from pull start, (hence it’s a 4 stroke) the rear wheel is spinning without giving the motor any gas. the bike is basically stuck in gear????
