Clutch proplem

Im having a problem with my clutch one of the 3 prongs that sticks out is rubbing on my clutch plate and on the underside I can see wear from them getting pulled out of place please help thanks sorry for my poor discription

Torque down the large center nut. If that's already tight?, remove the sprocket cover on the other side of the engine & torque down the large nut that holds the sprocket on. (Be very careful not to lose the small ball bearing that's down in the clutch pin hole)!!!!

If that doesn't fix the problem, you might be able to lightly tap the three pins down with a hammer.

Is this a new motor? Looks like foreign debris from (factory) assembly. those clutch pucks are .50 cents apiece. No doubt you will want a new plate. Also cheap enough. I don't know... Duane @ THATSDAX can set you up with parts. here about half way down the page. I hope you get it sorted. I'll be following along to see if anyone else have ever seen somthing like that.

I go through it and tighten everything up im pretty sure i did a good job the first time and the debris is it rubbing agenst the clutch plate it's farley new only about 200 miles

Double check those bolts! (rotating parts are known to come loose even after being torqued)
