Why can't i just take the dust cover off a crusier wheel. Mount the sprocket and then cut a round piece of coke can or roof flashing and glue it to the sprocket as a new cover.
On one Stingray I drilled new holes and bolted the sprocket to the hub.can you tell me how to mount a sprocken to a larg back chopper wheel hub?
I cut the lip off the dust caps with tin-snips. (it's very easy)on my cruiser i took off the dust cap and tossed it,i dont need it and my sprocket fits on perfect and i didnt need to bend nothing.
thanks man i'll try thatOn one Stingray I drilled new holes and bolted the sprocket to the hub.
Well I did not use a torque wrench I just went by "feel" Pretty darn tight but not so tight that you break or strip any bolts.how much tourk shouled you but one the bolts when you but you r sprocktet on your wheel so it flys straight
