Gopowersports.com has an 80-tooth sprocket, #35 chain. Cost $19.95.

This should work well.

Figure out exactly what # chain & mounting holes you have & call these guys... ;)

How many teeth on your clutch?

If you have #35 chain, I’m guessing 12 tooth.

That means you have 5:1 gear ratio, with your 60-tooth rear gear.

With the 80t sprocket, you’ll have 6.67:1 gearing.

Best way to change gear ratio is with jack shaft, lot easier to change small sprockets, and cheaper then the right big sprockets............Curt

You could use whatever adapter you have on your 60t sprocket.

Just place the 60t atop the 80t and match the bolt pattern.

to do this as well as I can.Never done this before
The 60 sprocket was drilled to the hub with 4 nuts and bolts it wasnt a very good job was ready to fall off so Im trying to do it right but never done this before.

I'd suggest you search this forum for more info.

Then make a new post in "Motorized trikes and recumbents" section.

"How to Mount Sprocket on Trike?"

Mounting sprockets on a trike might be different than mounting them on motorized bicycles.
