Today was spent bringing parts down stairs for the winter.My other garage was heated and this one was suppose to get heat but it not! So down stairs it goes.

Also to alittle out of the handle bar ends to fit my inverted levers.

Well I’m going to end up with a different handbag clamp. The one I pictured won’t fit. New ones on order So spent time on engine upgrades.. new rod,springs,flywheel,cam,carb and exhaust. Have to set valves and engine will be done.

So ...been waiting for lost parts to be resent! Fun! In the meantime started to mess with reduction pulley and belts. I’m going to have to a 3” on the inside for clearance.
Im loosing the header pipe and going with a longer exhaust.

Interested in any 1" ID SS flex tubing? I bought the 5' min. from McMaster Carr and used 18".
I am at an age where you got to think, Are the kids going to get a good auctioneer or dumpster their inheritance?

Well bars will go on soon. They are at the P.O on the corner! . Was Having troubles finding the right size clamp.Set on there now is to big so I’m going with a Triumph P clamp which should keep bars right on top of fork plate.Belt cover fits barley over reduction pulley..I got lucky there because, it was made before I knew exact size of pulley. Niceness. Couple of questions. Whats living under that cover? Torq averter ( comet ) or centrifigual / geared? Also; what rear hub are you using?
