Nope. Not for a long time.

"He who wears out the most toys wins"

I have seen plenty of guys in their 70's with real nice toys - in like new condition.

I came to the conclusion that worn out toys count double. I have a friend in San Diego that nails worn out sport shoes to his garage wall. His garage is full of nearly worn out toys - scuba gear, mountain bikes, surfboards, camping gear, go karts... He is never home on a weekend.

I need to put fresh tires on my Barracuda - they seem to go bald quickly...

.
Good point.
Just being able to afford toys doesn't count. Ya gotta play with them too.

Yup... Gotta have the sports car and the street bikes for the road, the 4x4 and the dirt bikes off the road, the boat for the water, and the "family car" to keep the miles from racking up too much on all the toys... My 1990 Nissan 300zx is 26 years old and only has 125k miles on it, the Nissan 4x4 is an 86 and haz 94000 original miles on it, the sportster just over 15k, the Intruder 60k, the Buell has about 8k on the clock, and the wife's 2006 Pontiac Torrent has 138k...

My other ride is a very basic Roadmaster mountain bike I bought at Wal-Mart for $55.00 in the spring of 2008.

Ohh.....and I do have a Chevy Malibu. But I don't hardly take it anywhere.

Truth to tell, I just don't go anywhere that I can't get to on a bicycle or a motor bicycle. I could do without the car if it weren't for my wife. I'd be happier.

I'll admit, though, that during most Januaries I drive more than I bicycle. When there's a bunch of snow and ice on the roads.

Most the time nowadays I either drive customer's cars or let my wife drop me off on her way to work... I don't mind driving customers cars but it's usually to diagnose an intermittent problem so chances are pretty good I can end up stranded somewhere... last weekend that happened to me and made me about an hour and a half late for work because the Tahoe I was driving had a crank sensor going out intermittently and no check engine light or stored code... it finally went out after driving it home 4 days in a row and running all shop errands with it... then once I got it towed to the shop it worked perfectly again, but at least it told me what was wrong with it when it messed up.... And of course, after driving that thing for almost a week, now my wife wants one....

My other ride is a free 2014 Dodge Caravan. Unlimited gas and free maintenance and every 3 years I get a new car. I haven't bought myself a new car in over 10 years but I bought the Mrs a 2015 Forester a few months ago.
However I splurge on my jet skis and here's my best motorized bike I've owned. Quiet and extremely reliable and maintenance free.

It's awesome to see what other toys you guys are into... Sometimes you can tell a lot about people by the toys they play with! (^) Here's what I'm playing with these days...
First is my 1966 Karmann Ghia with a turbo 2332cc.
Next is my 1972 Triumph T100R Bobber that's still in the making..
Third is my 1964 Chevy C-10

Wow... I like that turbo ghia...
About 3 weeks ago a guy brought a 79 vw bus to my shop for an alignment and it had a built 2150cc engine on it with dual webers so I stepped into it while test driving and I couldn't believe how strong that thing pulled thru 1st and second gear.... definitely good enough to pull a 14 second quarter mile....
I can only imagine what a turbo 2332 in a car that weighs about 500 lb less could do... I've seen several 10 second beetles running the 1835 and 2150cc engines at the strip too... really makes me miss my dune buggy and want another vw to soup up...

You can upload it just like a normal attachment! At least, on my LG G4 you can... http://i.imgur.com/5RvLIvB.png

Be sure to take the picture or resize at the picture setting menu for 1MB (1280 X 960) as it is the same as from a computer there is a size limit. I saw the choice to get the attachment (paper clip symbol) when clicking show Gallery as one option. It shows on the Android the various places pictures are stored on the phone. Then I clicked on the folder with the picture I wanted and it attached it and uploaded just the same as on a PC.

I have my 1950 ford four door sedan, my 1970 GMC and my 2004 2500hd Chevy truck. I don't drive either much during the week because I have a truck supplied by my job. My GMC is done, I'm working on the '50.
