2015 race dates have not been decided yet.
 
simple question from one of the top racers that shows up to all the events. i remember something being said that the race dates were booked at the riders meeting too. but in the over 10 posts neil has posted nothing for scotto and the other racers. strange indeed. but whats new?

Well at least it's not a last minute notice.......yet. For some reason or other I thought I was on the SMBR board of directors.....what was I thinking?

I am very unreachable however. My smartphone only answers when I tell it to ;)

The second S.M.B.R. race will probably be the last Sat in May 2015.

We always race on the 3rd Sat in October since 2011

Few rules, Fun Affordable, low risk Racing!

Historically the weather on the 28th has usually been clear. I just looked back as far as 2006, no rain on that day. Temps in the 60's & 70's.

The Goped guys are fun to watch.

yes, I look too and there was rain on the Friday and Sunday around the 28th.

I use Wunderground. Where are you looking?

March weather can be a little cold and maybe rain.

Either the first or second Sat in April has worked for us since 2012.
 
Neil I use Desert Research Institute.
Their database on the the NOAA station at 20430 Rancherias Rd, Apple Valley, CA 92307 Indicates that March has an average of 3 rain days, usually in the first half of the month. Database covers 1959 to 2010

April is fine too, just want to see the best turnout for you.
