Okay people..

this thread is titled vintage engine build

so... how did that engine at the beginning got completed ?..

there's only pictures of semi completed engine, none of early stages of build..

engine start up, bike build and test ride is fine.. but I don't see anything about ENGINE BEING BUILT as title stated..

He did. I have a copy of the book which describes how to build this engine.
if he DID built it, where is the build as title stated?.. Having a copy of how to build the engine doesn't mean a thing but a reading material.. and yes, I have a copy as well..

Some people are old fashioned, and don't take pictures as they go along, they just do it and present the finished item to the world.

Hey Pedalpusher
Why is it that you seem to be so upset with this thread ? what is it you are after by ranting about the title ?

Greasy hands are not Camera Friendly, a lot of people don't post everything they do and not everyone has a phone with a camera to post every little detail automatically so given the circumstances again I ask Why are so upset ?

not only upset.. I was hoping to see something worth reading..

I came across this thread titled VINTAGE ENGINE BUILD, I thought it would be interesting to see about.. well... here we are..

I am sure that greasy hands are not camera friendly.. neither is epoxy covered gloves are not camera friendly.. but I still stop and take a quick snapshot while the goo is still dripping off my work

A talented machinist would be perfectly capable of building that engine. If fact he states he didn’t cast any parts, one of the more difficult aspects of the original plans.

I see no reason not to believe he didn’t.

there is no engine being built on this thread, just pictures of completed engine..

And I don't think he built that engine..
...and where do you think that engine came from if he didn't build it? That is quite an accusation you are making. I think you are out of line and I believe an apology is in order.

On the very first page of this thread it was pointed out that if you click on the picture it will take you to my photo bucket account where there are pictures of how this engine was made.

That the trouble.. I clicked on few pictures on the first page, all it does is enlarged the pics.. there is no other links

which it lead into not believin' your creation..

I'll apologize for thrashin' your thread..
