Who makes those sprocket that bolt directly on the disk brake hub? or do anyone on here sell them??

There was a vendor who used to advertise here that offered a rear disc/sprocket adapter. Unfortunately he is no longer a sponsor and I don't have a link for you. Maybe someone will offer a link to that seller.

They're not that difficult to build. I made one a couple of years back that's still working just fine.
