heres what im workin on. its a all aluminum terra 700 frame, predator 79cc engine, custom made aluminum engine mount, custom aluminum wide pedals,1 gallon riding mower tank on a aluminum rear rack,cr85 muffler. thats about all i have right now.the bike weighs 60lbs. as is right now. im ordering a AGK clutch,jackshaft kit, air filter and adapter. i will be running 11-28 9-44 with a 700c wheel roll out is 28.30. hope to finish it next month.

the governer is pretty easy to remove heres how i did it. remove side cover,remove flywheel by prying up on it while tapping down on the shaft. i did remove the piston and rod.to get the paddle out. but you dont have to if you cut the top of the shaft of the paddle off. alot of instructions tell you to use plyers and attempt to remove the c clip from the governer gear(that just stupid). all you do is tap the pin that the gear is on right through from the outside. put a bolt and nut in the place of the pin also replace the paddle with bolt and nut. hope that makes sense. let me know if your not sure about something

I have the older HF Greyhound 79cc engine. Anyone know if the governor removal is the same?
The principle is the same, but the method is slightly different. AGK has a write-up on the Greyhound's governor removal:

You can also just disconnect the throttle linkage from the governor on the outside of the engine. That's what I did after reading about a few members who did the same thing. You don't have to remove the innards from the governor, but if you have a clean new engine on a bench in front of you, might as well do the whole thing for prosperity's sake lol

just ordered clutch,5/8'' shaft, mini hub and sprocket, 9t sprocket, both chains. form AGK. everything but the mini hub is on back order. im kinda pissed. hope they come in soon.

only thing holding me up now is AGK. everything i ordered was on back order they told me everything would be in last week. just received an email today stating only parts we received was the sprockets and chains. i ordered clutch,2sprockets,2chains,12'' 5/8 shaft. there freakin pissing me off.
