Family Motor Assisted Bicycle

Gutter Rider
Seems I'm always stuck in the tavern.

I just looked at fabulous 1914 motorcycles on a Pioneer Run in England.
Magnificent old machines!

Then I ran across this one, which was something different than most of what I've seen.

...figures...

There is a 'i wish I'd thought of that". Maybe a back half of a moped so your at 50cc.
I'm seeing a number of possibilities.

Steve.

Well, I see we have a bicycle at one end, what resembles half a Tomos moped at the other end, and a futon/chair in between.
So, I guess you could carry three people, but the poor guy on the moped seat has nothing to hold on to if you take a sharp left (well, not true. He could reach over and grab that black steel bar). And for sudden stops or really steep hills, there's no seat belt for the guy on the futon. Thus the necessity for padding on the steel bar.
Hmmm...nope. Not my cup of tea.

I'm wondering who pedals to get it started, and where does the futon rider put his/her feet? :)
