Carb Bushing replacment?

What I did was make a spacer out of copper, you need to keep the black o-ring that seals the intake to the carb. I have over three hundred miles on my bike since I replaced the spacer and have removed the carb a few times doing jet work with no problems with looseness.

Mine didn't come with a spacer, but perhaps that's only for the CNS carbs. I have an NT.
For my NT carb, I just use some silicone sealant.

I am assuming you have the CNS carb, cause that is the one where the spacer breaks apart so easily???

I never seen the original poster say what carb he has? What he said pretty much describes the common problem with the CNS carb, "The nylon bushing in the carb that goes over the intake fell apart". I dont have an NT carb, but I do have a CNS carb that has a nylon bushing that fell apart...
Mozenrath was talking about the n/t, and I in fun said we know that the n/t does not have a spacer. I like many others here try very hard to help people who ask for it.
