Hello. The nylon bushing in the carb that goes over the intake fell apart. I was wondering what i could use to put in there so i could get the carb nice and tight.

Mine didn't come with a spacer, but perhaps that's only for the CNS carbs. I have an NT.

For my NT carb, I just use some silicone sealant.

I am assuming you have the CNS carb, cause that is the one where the spacer breaks apart so easily???
I did a write up on tuning my cns carb, and also how to make a spacer out of some PVC water pipe. The thread is linked below, the post about the spacer is a few down from the top.

I know the nt does not have a spacer, thats why this thread is " carb bushing replacement".
I never seen the original poster say what carb he has? What he said pretty much describes the common problem with the CNS carb, "The nylon bushing in the carb that goes over the intake fell apart". I dont have an NT carb, but I do have a CNS carb that has a nylon bushing that fell apart...

Mozenrath was talking about the n/t, and I in fun said we know that the n/t does not have a spacer. I like many others here try very hard to help people who ask for it.
