I have just a few prototype units of my sprocket adapters left. These are what I consider the standard size which is a 40t sprocket with the adapter sized for a Shimano 110 hub. $80 plus shipping. These are perfectly balanced, offer greater clamping force and do not interfer with the hubs brake arm. I will also have more in two weeks.

i have one of these and can say they are awesome, bolted on real easy tightened it up and it grabbed the wheel, and made the alignment much easier to get perfect then any rag joint ever could.

I already have three of these on some of my bikes, & I have many more on the way...
There were many of us who gave Pat every idea we could think of to make these hub adapters the best product possible.
These are so much nicer than the other ones in every way; & the three piece design is a truely tremendous improvement.

Hey Pat, was just wondering if you're going to be producing sprockets/adapt. in larger sizes, like say 60 tooth? Also if the adapters will be sized for different size hubs......seems like the 3-piece design might be a little more flexible tolerance wise than say a 2-piece? Just wondering......and nice job by the way.

Thanks,

Hi Scotto,
Yes I will be making different sizes, probably the next time around. As for sprockets that's the easy part. My sprocket supplier (that is all they make) will make any size I need with just a couple day turn around time for around $30 retail. I have a 66t being cut right now and a 56t was just ordered. Just let me know what size you need. With three pieces the bore is more flexible than a two piece design. An arc is more forgiving than half a circle.

I need to pick up a few of the other hubs to get the sizing right and will work from there, so yes I will offer more sizes. Maybe I should run off some blanks with just a pilot hole so the oddball one-off sizes can be quickly made. I may have already mentioned this but custom sprocket sizes are easily made so if anyone needs a larger sprocket size for the four stroke applications that is easily handled.
