Would my bike pass Florida inspection?

I will in a few minutes take a bunch of photos of the bike to share, but for my question at hand.

I have a beach cruiser and a 2 stroke bolted to it, I have mirrors, 2 signal lights up front and 2 trailer lights in the back wired up correctly so they act as turn signals and break lights, I have a headlight and the 2 amber front reflectors and 2 red rear reflectors, I will day of the inspection switch to the stock exhaust because my expansion tank setup is really loud, I have 2 rim brakes routed to a 2 cable single brake lever and I have coaster brakes on top of that, my wiring is secure and wrapped in cloth (split loom is easier but cloth looks cooler) I probably have to mount the control panel and headlight a little more secure though.

if I take my bike as I described with a signed letter from my father saying he gave me the bike, and a signed paper from my self being an affidavit of ownership saying under penalty of perjury that i legally bought the engine from a yard sale for 50 bucks and it has no factory stamps or anything, then the assembled from parts form would it pass an inspection? And what else am I missing? I am unsure if that would be all I need.

I need to go get photos of the bike now as it would be hard for you guys to tell based on my not so good description.
Thanks for any replies and help.

1 spoke broke off the rim side will the JB weld get it reflected? Also that thing ziptied to the left of the basket is a speaker and there's a cup holder ziptied there too, I can cut em off of it would also get me rejected. I can get more photos if needed.

I would like to note everything aside from the control panel box is tightly attached, I left the control panel loose so it is kinda floating because the plastic ammo box isn't too thick and I don't want the bolts to rip through it. It wont fall off or nothing but its just loose, would I have to make it rigid to pass? and are the quick connects a problem? I can tape over them and or use split loom to hide it.

Though you didn't mention it, I see you have a bicycle computer to be used as a speedometer. What you don't have is a loud horn that can be heard inside of a closed compartment vehicle. I personally use 2 horns. The button on the left handle is the loud horn. The button on the right handlebar is the lower volume horn for pedestrians.

I like your creativity, fix the spoke before the inspection. My bike.

First I'd get on the states guide lines for motor vehicles and see what the ebike laws are. If that doesn't tell you what you need to know I'd go to a local police station and ask them. The local DMV would be my other choice. The police are the people who you will deal with on a daily basis. Usually the state police have a vehicle inspection department that check home built vehicles like motorcycles and street rods that need an inspection to get a vin number. They will have the latest information.

Sidewinder Jerry is absolutely correct. Repair the spoke properly. Just for your own safety but if the bike need inspecting you'll fai

Steve.

I do have a horn (I didnt mention it I guess), its a car horn i got off amazon, the thing is loud as any generic car, but yes I do need to get the spoke fixed properly. is the sandwich sprocket an issue, I dont know where, but I could have sworn I heard something about the clamp on spoke style being no good for an inspection.

Good advice, I will do my homework and then compare it against what I currently have. Thanks.
