Would my bike pass Florida inspection?

I will in a few minutes take a bunch of photos of the bike to share, but for my question at hand.

I have a beach cruiser and a 2 stroke bolted to it, I have mirrors, 2 signal lights up front and 2 trailer lights in the back wired up correctly so they act as turn signals and break lights, I have a headlight and the 2 amber front reflectors and 2 red rear reflectors, I will day of the inspection switch to the stock exhaust because my expansion tank setup is really loud, I have 2 rim brakes routed to a 2 cable single brake lever and I have coaster brakes on top of that, my wiring is secure and wrapped in cloth (split loom is easier but cloth looks cooler) I probably have to mount the control panel and headlight a little more secure though.

if I take my bike as I described with a signed letter from my father saying he gave me the bike, and a signed paper from my self being an affidavit of ownership saying under penalty of perjury that i legally bought the engine from a yard sale for 50 bucks and it has no factory stamps or anything, then the assembled from parts form would it pass an inspection? And what else am I missing? I am unsure if that would be all I need.

I need to go get photos of the bike now as it would be hard for you guys to tell based on my not so good description.
Thanks for any replies and help.

1 spoke broke off the rim side will the JB weld get it reflected? Also that thing ziptied to the left of the basket is a speaker and there's a cup holder ziptied there too, I can cut em off of it would also get me rejected. I can get more photos if needed.

I would like to note everything aside from the control panel box is tightly attached, I left the control panel loose so it is kinda floating because the plastic ammo box isn't too thick and I don't want the bolts to rip through it. It wont fall off or nothing but its just loose, would I have to make it rigid to pass? and are the quick connects a problem? I can tape over them and or use split loom to hide it.
