I went vintage with this bike, the engine is a morphed China unit I fabbed. After a long build it’s a runner.

That's amazing. Do you make a lot of the engines? I would love to buy one.
I built four engines, frames and part sets. First bike is complete, the rest will be built up similarly but with variations.
You have captured the essence of the era. A wonderful build indeed.

Looks to me that is a china girl clutch, replaced the gears with sprockets. Activator on the drive side under the brass cover, this is so KOOOOOOOOL!.........Curt
Sure would like to see some more close up of the details, fender braces, clutch activator, and all.
Ditto what Curt said, specifically rear fender detail and the muffler please. You may be reckoned among the Master builders here willimoto.
