Excellent choice. It may steer a bit too quick on the street at speed. If so, use a longer stem to slow the steering response.

Looks like a good solid steel frame. The rear dropouts look heavy duty too.
I know you've been wanting to do a Pred build for a while. This looks like the frame to do it with.
