Will this bike frame take a motor?

Welcome to the forum, you can put a motor on that frame, the engine will sit higher and you’ll need a seat post mounted fuel tank. Some people cut the upper bar out and add a new top bar like a mens bike.

Thanks for the help and warm welcome Greg. Am currently looking into it.

I've seen where someone cut the top tube flipped it upside down and welded it like a men's cruiser bike if you can weld

From the other forum Diesel Tech did the girls to boys conversion...

V-shaped frames are not necessarily important in all bikes. Some bike frames may be designed with a different shape, such as a diamond or step-through frame, depending on the intended use and style of the bike.

However, V-shaped frames are often used in mountain bikes and road bikes as they provide a more stable and efficient riding experience. The shape of the frame allows for better weight distribution and improved handling, making it easier to maneuver and control the bike.
