Folding leather over and using a nut and bolt to secure them inside of the bag. Search the swap shop for ...Saddlebags and rear rack see photos of what I did.

They aren't leather, just nylon, but they have a plastic frame around the bottom and sides. For $20, they were the best deal for their size I found so far, so I went for them.

well i gave up looking for what i wanted so in the process of rebuilding my leather tool collection and going to make my own bags. i have done leather work since i was a young fellow and sold everything when i moved to the Caribbean. will post pictures of progress after i get everything togather
