WHAT WOULD BE THE DIFFERENCE IF ANY IN SPEED IF YOU USED 20 INCH RIMS AS COMPAIRED TO 26 INCH RIMS (SAME SIZE REAR SPROCKET ON BOTH WHEELS)

You would gain accelleration but loose about 20% of your top speed.

A smaller wheel diameter is like using a bigger sprocket. Using a bigger wheel diameter is like using a smaller sprocket.

So lets say we are using a 44t sprocket..

Smaller wheel diameter will give you more torque and less speed

Bigger wheel diameter will give you less torque and more top speed.
