You have to measure the bolt pattern... 50cc are the small one 66/80cc is the most common... YD 100 bigger the 110 is bigger still... The bottom ends come with long and short rods long and short strokes and any combination.... Measure the center to center of the bolts... Take the cylinder off and measure the piston pin hole take some pictures and you will know better what you have... From looking at it I would say no it's a 49cc 6mm block... Cylinders are different also... A low hole cylinder on a hi hole setup would gain something... But the other way around it's a dog...
So it's not an easy answer...

It's hard to tell from pictures, it looks to be either a 48cc or 69cc, I haven't seen any 66cc engines lately. The 60cc cylinder has the same stud spacing as a 48cc but the bottom of the cylinder will not go into the cases, I have a 60cc top end that I was going to use to upgrade a 48. The 48cc has a 40mm bore, the 60cc has a 45mm bore.

Here’s the two cylinders, the 48cc cylinder lip will go into the 60cc. At some point I may have a friend machine a 48 bottom to use the cylinder, if he can find a way to mount it on his mill.
