Nah, it would have to be the Daimler hemi with the spark plugs straight down the middle of the rocker covers. Just to rattle the hardcore mopar clowns on this side of the pond.

The 4.5 would be just fine in nearly stock trim. The Barracuda came with a 4.5L (273 CID) 2 barrel engine when it was new. With that cast iron engine & a 727 Torqueflite behind it my little Barracuda weighs 2790 lbs right now, with a full interior, A/C & P/S.

Don't tell 'em nothin'! What he does produce will make a few of you sit and think and start plotting your own devices though.

Personally I still don't see how you can make a 3 cyl in line radial. It is going to have ohc, ohv and sv. Sv for torque, ohv for mid range and ohc for the high revs.
 
i got some cases in, i should be good for a month or two, if i need some more lower ends i will ether revive this thread or start another one. i would like to give a big thanks to all who offered to up lower ends.
