Haven’t been on this site for awhile, built this Schwinn with left over parts from a Phantom bike i did a 212 swap into. All patina and a fun ride, does not stop good with the coaster only, waiting to find the right wheels to use with a drum or disk.

Love the build but I personally wouldn't ride it until I had a duel braking system.
Nah, just wear a good pair of shoes with hard soles !!

Joking ? Nah , just go WFO in the corners to break the back wheel loose, lose traction it slows down! Just like a speedway racer !

Built this one and added a disk brake, go figure see if you can spot it...
Man that’s Sweet ! And yes I spotted the disk brake, but you did a great job of mounting it to be non-conspicuous ! What engine are you running on it ?
A disc brake may look too eclectic on a bike with great patina like yours. I'd go with a drum brake.
