Stoker motor

Will be back working on the bicycle this set of days off head work. The hawk 250 can not be titled in GA so got the shaft on that one.
 
well the stack of gaskets compressed more then expected so going to get some 4mm thick aluminum make a spacer this will be a little to thick but i can shave it down with the belt sander like the head this will cut me down to 2 base gaskets and a spacer
 
Sorry to hear that. I was looking forward to see you finish it. I was thinking about building one just like it only with case induction. I have the case already just need a crank and cylinder and piston.
 
I"m glad your going to start over. I'm building a motor for my 5th board track racer but not sure what I'm going to do yet. I made the case already I'm not sure what to do with the cylinder yet? I wanted 48mm.

So your building a performance 2 stroke for a board track racer interested how you plan on doing a pipe.
 
I've already made the pipe. The bike is almost done. I just been too busy to finish it.
