Hi Can anyone help me out here? I have a Skyhawk 66cc and i want to bore it out can it be done? if so how much can it be bored out??? Any help is good Cheers guys.
 
The cylinder is just lined & not sleeved so there's nothing to bore out, increasing the compression a bit and doing some port matching, http://motorbicycling.com/f13/basic-porting-16646.html and a tuned pipe is about as far as you can realistically take the stock motor.

There are those that are replacing the head, piston & cylinder with Puch moped parts - but ya gotta talk to foureasy about that ;) http://motorbicycling.com/f13/hybrid-chinese-motors-performance-tuning-14204.html
