That might well be in South America somewhere. In Argentina there was or is the Dardo, but I can't find any seller details about it.

Do you need chain drive, or will a friction drive do? There is a Polish company selling a kit that fits in 15 minutes.

I prefer a chain drive, looks better!

They're often known as a 'china girl' around here. I don't think there's any doubt it's the most common kit amongst motorized bicycle enthusiasts.

They're not high quality. But that doesn't have to be a huge problem. Once you come to understand their frailties they're really easy to love.
