I recently just put a Stinger SD 66cc engine kit on my 26" Schwinn Del Mar beach cruiser. Everything was running great after it was all put together. Unfortunately my dog knocked it over and now it won't start. I cleaned the carberator, checked to see if anything was wrong with the float and that was fine. I even got a new spark plug and the engine just won't turn over. All the electrical is wired up properly as well. Any ideas???

Pull the ignition sidecover (small cover on left of engine) and look for badly soldered connections possibly knocked loose in the fall.
Go back to the basics if no luck.
Air, spark, fuel.
 
I'd be looking at the spark first since electronics are more likely to be damaged in a minor fall than the fuel system.
