Running 32T sprocket can i go faster?

i just went froma 44t sprocket to a 32t and i hit a higher top speed i feel but my engine cannot really go all out like it did with the 44. i used to be able to pretty much redline the RPMs and now i cant i know its better for the engine health, but what awould be some ways to make my engine perform better so i can use the most out of my enigne.

there are a few things you can do to increase your engine performance. there's filing the head (lower part) for max intake, nos kit, and different mix of gas XD 36t sprocket on my bike and i'm doin 35mph!
