I've tried drilling some rubber wheels for my motor, but they just dont wanna come out straight or wont fit the shaft right. Is there something I can buy? Other ideas?

If some one near by has a lathe or milling machine you can get the hole drilled true, you may be able to do it with a good drill press.

Cannonball2 has made friction drive wheels from oak, it should be easier to use a rasp on wood once the through hole has been drilled.
