Hey guys, I have a little problem, my bike ever since putting the muffler on correctly has been all whacked out. It was running rich, however, i bought a smaller jet hoping to make it leaner. I'm not quite sure if it worked, i mean it rides around 2mph faster...but the plug itself is a NGK B6HS and the color of the ceramic is very light tan and every bit of metal though is like charcoal black around the top of the threads and the metal that hangs over the electrode. SO, the light ceramic makes me think its lean...(ive read people saying that this is the only part u read) but there is also the black making it possibly rich? (ive also read people saying to read the general color of the spark plug toward the top) Any help is appreciated. More info, its an NT carb, skyhawk 48cc gt2b engine, and i went from the stock jet (.70mm i believe) to one size smaller (.68mm) and i also have one size smaller a .66mm that i will try tomorrow, any tips?
