I figured out that you can resize your carb jet with a small roundnose chisel that will fit inside of the jet a small tapping device and a tip cleaning brush kit.
Set the carburetor jet on a hard surface then you put the Chisel inside of the Jet and give it a couple good taps, enough to sort of Squish down the brass around the opening of the orifice.
Next you take your tip cleaning kit find the appropriate size that you want and use it to gently ream the whole out.
It's not super glamorous and it may not last forever or work for you necessarily but it does work.
