Pirate Cycles closure?

Does anyone happen to have any info on Pirate Cycles, specifically, how long they are closing up shop to catch up? They've got some parts and wheels I'm thinking about picking up, but they've had the closed banner up on their page for a couple weeks now. Wondering if I should wait or look elsewhere.

They returned some money that I'd sent for a sprocket back to me through PayPal with an explanation that there had been an unfortunate accident and they were using the time to regroup.
Said they would be back in a few weeks.

Or be honest and straight up about it. Not something we seem to see a lot of here given all the complaints. When their back they will get my vote.
