Yeah, it's missing to many parts for that money. I love the motor though...I see a small two or three-speed like this in my dreams...
When I was a kid there was a guy who had a gokart with a sears two stroke like this, and that little thing RIPPED! He gave it a mild port job and a pipe and it was on a single wheel drive beater kart, It would smoke that single tire about halfway down the block...I think it was a 50cc from a moped

I wish I could stumble on something like that. That thing would be so great restored and a lot of fun to do.

I found this photo of a 1953 model, maybe the woman's version. Looks like they went to a stamped steel frame but there are a lot of similarities to the one for sale. Engine, rims, rack.

Oh man, I'm so close to reacing into my retirement funds. Darn, I like that. I wonder if he'd take 2 large cash. I'd even consider driving up there to pick it up.
