A gallon of fuel is 64 oz.
I think you meant 128 oz? Unless
Google is lying to me...

Okay to answer your question OP...
Buy a portable gas tank (let's say you got a 5 gallon one)
5 Gallons = 640 Ounces
640 / 25 = 25.6
So just round that to
26 Ounces
Put
26 Ounces of the oil (use a measuring tool, you know like the kitchen ones) and add that to the
5 gallon portable gas tank and mix it. Then just use the portable gas tank to fill your actual gas tank. And I guess just convert different values with a different sized fuel tank.
(Well, this was my plan, is there a flaw with it?)
As for the type of oil and gas....

Please use Maxima racing oil, castor 927 or Motul 7000 oil.
If you can't find those, be SURE to use a motorcycle 2-stroke synthetic oil. Regular cheap 87 octane gasoline is all you need.
