Not quite a motorized bicycle

The air dropped ones never seemed to work after landing, from what I've read, but enough made it into general service for there to be survivors.

LOL Moon. Made me think of the "Shaft" theme song;

Thats one bad Motor...

...Shut your your mouth"

"Talkin' about Shaft baby.."

"Then we can dig it"

.................................................

Shaft!

Who's the black private dick
That's a *** machine to all the chicks?
(Shaft!)
You're **** right!

Who is the man
That would risk his neck for his brother man?
(Shaft!)
Can ya dig it?

Who's the cat that won't cop out
When there's danger all about
(Shaft!)
Right on

You see this cat Shaft is a bad mother--
(Shut your mouth)
But I'm talkin' about Shaft
(Then we can dig it)

He's a complicated man
But no one understands him but his woman
(John Shaft)

my dad used to ride one those to and from base. I rode with him a few times
'til my mom found out and gave him ****. I was three when he crashed at forty mph
and totaled the thing and tore himself up pretty good. Guess that's why she wouldn't
let me have anything with a motor as a kid. Back then if you were 14 you
could ride anything 6 hp or less, no license, no nuthin, back in the Paleolithic era,
