That's a good deal but hard to squeeze in most builds with that starter.

That blue engine will sure look good in a blue bicycle frame.

Basically a GX200, but lots of little differences. Rod is different. So is the cam. You can't use GX200, clone, or Predator parts to get more performance. Good for a stock build, though, and the starter and charging system work well.
