Welcome to the forum, if you can tell us as much as possible about your bike/engine we may be able to help.

First make sure the engine is mounted solid to the frame. If you have water bottle mount studs on the frame you may have to remove them. You can not have space between the engine or frame or mount to frame. You may have to may spacers to go between them.

How is the throttle kill switch wired on a 2018 80cc motor. The kill switch has a red and black wire? Any way to start the motor easier with no kill switch?

I took the motor to the junk yard because the clutch cover case broke.
How much did the junk yard pay you for your motor? Mixed steel and aluminum.
You probably mean the case behind the 10 tooth sprocket cover broke off. The
clutch cover is on the right side of the engine.

One of the kill switch wires is connected to the blue and the other to the black wire in a 3 way connection.
It does not matter which color, red or black connects to them.

I've fixed those by making a steel shell to cover and support the area - kind of a pain to do for non-mechanic.
