Why is your gas line routed over the frame???I have a motor I tried new using ;probably 5 times since May 5th. And the motor only worked once ;for 8 feet. Could any person help ;to use the bicycle motor?
My bike has an 80cc engine I bought from eBay. My bike is a Kent 700cc, a very low weight bike used for commutingWelcome to the forum, if you can tell us as much as possible about your bike/engine we may be able to help.
First make sure the engine is mounted solid to the frame. If you have water bottle mount studs on the frame you may have to remove them. You can not have space between the engine or frame or mount to frame. You may have to may spacers to go between them.
usually a mistake, as legs are stronger than arms for most folks - now you'll need to order a wider pedal crank set to fit around that big pull start sticking out the sideI ordered a pull starter . For an easier start
Because i'm not very strong.
How much did the junk yard pay you for your motor? Mixed steel and aluminum.I took the motor to the junk yard because the clutch cover case broke.
