Noise From Engine

I have a metalic whine that comes it seems from the left side of my engine..its a new engine and I thought maybe it needs time for the breakin..it sounds like a bearing slipping in the race holder..or I thought maybe its the mag ..any ideas would be greatly apprecciated.

All these engines seem to have their own weird noises. I have one that has a terrible whine to it. One that has a knocking sound like a rod knocking. Another that has a different high pitch whine.
I guess it is just the cheap Chinese engineering. I used to worry about it, now I just ride them with no engine problems so far so far. I think there are very few out there that have no engine noise other than the exhaust.

Thanks for information..my engine runs really great ,but for that noise...but I wont worry about it now...Thanks again for your response.
